Parker St House Torquay - Completed 2011
While working with Moloney Architects, Anthony Hunt Design contributed to the development of the Parker Street Beach House. The Beach house was designed as a linear, single width room floor plan to allow cross ventilation to flow through every room. A two storey void connects the downstairs open-plan living spaces with an open stairway and upper floor study. A bridge spans the void and provides a connection to the sleeping areas.
